Wing Chun Biu Jee (Biu Ji ) Third Form is the shortest attack method in Wing Chun.

From 2018 when I returned to Hong Kong, I trained hard with Sifu Ip Chun in Wing Chun. I trained in Siu Nim Tau, Cham Kiu, Biu Jee, Wooden Dummy and how to use Chi Sau again.I especially spent time with the Biu Ji form, because I believe that many people don’t know how to use it. Fortunately, for learners, I can get correct guidance from Sifu Ip Chun. According to the teaching explanation of Sifu Ip Chun that time in the video, I translated it based on my understanding and analysis.
